How to secure Manage Business Configuration sections/objects (1802)

As of the Q1 2018 release, the permission settings for the Business Configuration UI have changed.

All MDF objects related to Manage Business Configuration will now have the Security setting "RBP Secured" in their respective Object Definitions. This will occur automatically during release deployment.

Now all the objects will now appear in Manage Permission Roles, in the Permission Settings page > Administrator Permissions > Manage Business Configuration.

For Permission Roles that are already granted permission to the Manage Business Configuration UI when the 1802 release is deployed, all object permissions will be autmatically granted to that role.

• EPViewTemplateConfig
• Employee Profile Standard
• Employee Profile User Info
• Field Display Format
• Format Group
• HRIS Element
• Hris Action
• Localized HRIS Element
• Localized Person Configuration
• Number Format
• Person Element Configuration
• Section
• Tab Element
