2615278 - Adding Resume and Cover Letter to Email Notification

Symptom

How to add a Resume and Cover Letter to an e-mail notification sent to interviewer when scheduling candidate interviews.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Resolution

You will need to add the following tokens to the E-mail being sent to the Interviewer [[ATTACHMENT_COVER_LETTER]] [[ATTACHMENT_RESUME]] .

1. Go to Admin Center.

2. Search Manage Recruiting E-mail Templates. 

3. Identify the template being sent to Interviewers and select the relevant template. 

4. Select Insert Job Requisition Field Button

5. Select Application Resume & Application Cover Letter.

6. Save Changes

An interviewer will now receive the candidate Cover Letter and Resume once the candidate has the documents within their Application.

Note: Although it is in the list of supported tokens in Recruiting Email Triggers, [[ATTACHMENT_RESUME]] does not resolve with trigger "Outlook Response to Interview Organizer". Internal enhancement requests have been created. Our Engineering team is aware that code needs to be implemented and is working on a fix. No release date can currently be confirmed, but we will edit this KBA when we have updates.
