2615381 - Query My Open Quotes Does Not Return the Expected Results

Symptom

The standard query My Open Quotes does not return the expected results.

Environment

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Sales work center.
  2. Select the Sales Quotes view.
  3. Select the My Open Quotes query.

You want this query to return also the sales quotes, where your user is maintained as involved party other than Employee Responsible (Owner).  But the query returns only the open quotes where you are maintained as Employee Responsible

Cause

This is the expected system behavior.

Resolution

The standard query My Open Quotes only returns the open quotes where you are maintained as Employee Responsible.

You can use the Advanced Filter and search field Party Role in order to get the desired result.
