Resolution
- The detail for the Origin value is contained in the PA_STUD_CPNT database table in the ORIGIN column.
- What is popualted in this column does not necessaraly reflect what is displayed to the LMS admin.
- The ORIGIN database field is only populated for those Items assigned by an Assignment Profile or by a Program.
- If the item was self-assigned, assigned by a supervisor or by an admin, then the ORIGIN database field will be null/blank.
- In order to know if the item was assigned by a Scheduled Offering, the LMS admin needs to verify if the SCHD_ID field is populated in the PA_STUD_CPNT table.
- If it is, then the Origin value displayed on the user record will display Scheduled Offering.
- If the ADD_USER field has a value of "P", then the Origin value displayed on the user record display Self-Assigned
- If the ADD_USER field has a value of "A", then the Origin value displayed on the user record display Directly Assigned
- If the ADD_USER field has a value of "S", then the Origin value displayed on the user record display Manager Assigned
- If there is a record in the PA_STUD_QUAL_CPNT table, then the Origin value displayed on the user record will be Curriculum
