2615655 - PI Integration Builder window is minimized and will not open

Symptom

  • You are working with the Process Integration (PI) or Process Orchestration (PO) Integration Builder tools
  • The Enterprise Services Repository (ESR) or Integration Directory tools have opened successfully i.e. no errors were reported when launching the tools or when logging on
  • The icon for ESR or Directory is visible in the Task Bar but the window is minimized
  • You are unable to maximize the window 
  • This can happen in Citrix clients, Windows Operating Systems and possibly other Operating Systems
