2615657 - DRF replication for Custom entity is not working with parameter PACK_SIZE_BULK value set

Symptom

When configured the Data replication Framework for custom entity and maintained the parameters PACK_SIZE_BULK= 10, the interface is not getting triggered until the no. of objects to be replicated matches the 'PACK_SIZE_BULK'  value as 10.
