Symptom

How to enable the Auto Sync option for Offline functionality.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Administrator -> General Settings
  2. Open Offline Settings
  3. Open the Tab "General"
  4. Select the toggle for "Enable Auto Sync" at the bottom of the page

This function enables the auto synchronization for the offline functionality. Here you can set a specific time for the sync to occur so that manual sync is not needed.
