Symptom

When trying to transfer the System Owner role using the "Assign as System Owner" feature, the following error message is shown;

"The system Owner cannot be updated at this time.Please try again later.If this condition persists, please submit an SAP Support ticket using the component LOD-ANA-BI, or have your administrator submit one" in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
