Making an API call for the following is not returning values

https://<YOURCOMPANY>.plateau.com/learning/odatav4/public/user/curriculum/v1/CurriculumItemStatus?$filter=criteria/curriculaID eq '101' and targetUserID eq 'JOHNDOE'

Returns the following
