2616289 - Hide "Transfer Direct Reports" - Employee Central

• Manager have the option to select his/her substitute when being terminated, even if "Use Automated Hierarchy Adaptation" is configured in the system. Can these options be made hidden or mandatory?
• When terminating a manager with direct reports, you're given a few options to transfer direct reports to a new manager. Can you limit the drop down options?
• When transfering an employee, this option is also listed, can it be removed?

1. Choose a manager to terminate
2. Take Action > Terminate > Select the date of termination
3. Appears the "Transfer Direct Reports" or "Transfer Direct Subordinates" fields

This is expected behavior. This fields cannot be hidden or made mandatory in Terminate or Transfer screen, neither can the options be limited in the dropdown menu. The values here are hard coded and cannot be limited or modified.

• This changes are not supported by the system. If the customer requires this configuration in the system, she/he may want to open a request to enhancement.

Note: The "Transfer Direct Report" pop-up is only applicable for Termination as it is tied to assignment and unassignment of position. This will not appear in changing manager's location or other objects within the Job Information.
