How to generate an Ad-Hoc Report for Last Modified Date

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

Last modified date needs to be configured in BCUI to exist and automatically update in the People Profile block.

Sample scenario:

1. Go to "Manage Business Configuration";
2. Expand "Employee Profile" section;
3. Expand "Background Elements" section;
4. Find the concerning element (e.g. education);
5. Add the "lastModified" field as following:
   
   
   
   

Note on last modified date in GM Goals and Development goals:

When editing a field in a Goal or Development plan, all fields configured with a last modified date, in the edit popup will show the same last modified date in Ad Hoc. Even if only one field was edited.
