2616410 - Fast Access to Actions on Service Requests

Symptom

With this function, you can provide frequently used actions to your users that make the processing of service requests easier.

The idea of the Fast Access action button is to allow users a fast execution of actions like forwarding, assign a KA etc. without further interactions via an additional User Interface.

When using the quick action buttons functionality, the system will create buttons for actions and will insert these buttons after the standard buttons.
