Symptom

System Overview shows N/A values and grey indicators. Went through the below KBA step by step:
2637838 - NWA "System Overview" shows gray lights - Best Practices for Troubleshooting
Non of the steps helped to resolve the issue. Need to investigate further the application behaviour.
