Employee Central - Job Information

• Go to a user and click on history for job information
• Result: error with fingerprint=e8d1aa62107455ff4e3e03ab678d34c7dc34d454

• A manager has been Purged via DRTM Master Purge in the one of the records in job info history.
• A manager has been terminated or removed ( No Manger in Adhoc report )

Please re-import the impacted Job Information records with "NO_MANAGER" defined for the manager field in the records where the Manager has been purged.

To find which rows which record caused the issue:

1. Run a person and employment export.Here

2. In the columns field, choose user-id, start-date, event-reason, manager-id.

3. Filter on the user who has the issue.

4. Preview the report and then search for all of the manager id's for that user until you find the user who no longer exists in the system.

5. Once found, please use this KBA to assist with importing the data again for the effected records.
