2616614 - customer master marked for deletion in XD06 is still changeable in XD02

Symptom

It is still possible to change customer master data in XD02 even if the customer has been marked for deletion in XD06. Only warning message F2131 - "Customer XXXX is marked for deletion" is issued in XD02.
