You have included a new Action in the Task tab of a new or existing incident in EHSM. After that, you open table EHHSSD_INC_ROOT and check field DATETIME_CH, (which contains the value of the "Changed On" date of the incident) you notice that the date in DATETIME_CH has not changed after adding the new Action.
