Symptom

When trying to use BR*Tools in an ASM environment, you see messages like those below, even though note 2034605 has already been applied.

BR2008W Unknown database file '+DATA01/SID/DATAFILE/PSAPUNDO.264.954550233' found in ASM - it is not part of database SID
BR2008W Unknown database file '+DATA01/SID/DATAFILE/SYSAUX.263.954550225' found in ASM - it is not part of database SID
BR2008W Unknown database file '+DATA01/SID/DATAFILE/SYSTEM.262.954550215' found in ASM - it is not part of database SID
BR2008W Unknown database file '+DATA01/SID/ONLINELOG/group_1.258.954550213' found in ASM - it is not part of database SID
