2617115 - Missing profile in Secure Login Client

Symptom

During a SNC logon process in SAP GUI, there might be two potential errors, related to the missing of profiles, depending on the scenario:

  • When there are more then one profile available, a selection screen for profiles is prompted, however, the "correct" profile (e.g. Kerberos Token) is missing.
  • When Kerberos Token is the only existent profile and it is missing or there is no profile available, the following error occurs:

GSS-API(maj): No credentials were supplied
Unable to establish the security context
target="p:CN=<SNC Name>

This issue mostly occurs following a restart of the client's PC
