2617169 - Fail to run a FIM job after upgrade of Data Services and BI/IPS with error: 'Socket is closed' - FIM

Symptom

After upgrading a Data Services/FIM platform to DS 4.2 SP9 and BI/IPS to 4.2 SP04 , when you  try to execute a job from FIM, you get the error:

com.sap.fpm.fim.common.webservice.WSException: The job launch for job 'FIMJOB' failed with error 'Exception thrown when trying to communicate with Job Server:NewJobServer:3550. Socket is closed'
