2617468 - Blank information under Security>Users

Symptom

  • Blank information for Users is appearing in ONB site under Security>Users

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Resolution

  1. First Follow KBA  2278872 to check if there are any user/permission sync issues
  2. If everything checks out, in Admin Center select Update User Information>Employee Export then click on Export User File button.  This will export UserDirectory file
  3. In UserDirectory file filter STATUS cloumn and check if users that are showing blank info are shown as inactive.  If they are inactive that is the reason there is blank information as seen in example below(this is expected behavior):
