1. Access the system
2. Go to Company Org Chart
3. You would like to add some additional custom fields under Organizational Structure 

The layout in the Org Chart is hardcoded, which means that it is not possible to add any additional custom fields. In this section, the Company Org Chart will only display the Employee Title. 

In 2H 2025 Release, the latest Org Chart will allow administrators to choose what information to display on employee cards and in the Reporting Line card in Spotlight.

We added a new setting under Admin Center  Org Chart Configuration  Company Org Chart. You can choose one of fields Company, Department, Division, Job Title, Location and Custom fields (Custom01 - custom15), depending that what is configured in the data model.
