2617603 - Error Occurred While Saving Global Assignment - Email Issue

When attempting to create a Global Assignment (GA) the process fails with error: "Error Occurred While Saving Global Assignment..."

3. Add details
4. Submit
5. Error is thrown

This error may be thrown for because of Configuration or Data Issue.

This scenario refers to incorrect email length which exceeded the maximum limit (white space is found after the email)

By default the length of email is 100 chars, which you can check by adding white space in the email field up to the end, where a message will indicate the limit

In this scenario, the issue is caused by the empty space found at the end of the email address.

to check whether the email has empty space at the end, hoover over the email address and notice the line after the email (as higlighted below in yellow)

• Edit the email address
• Remove the email space at the end of the email 
• Save.
• Attempt to create GA again - the issue should be resolved.
