SAP Successfactors Workforce Analytics

User granted Role permission to view Dimensions and Measures in Admin center is not able to see Metrics

1. Go to "Home" drop down menu
2. Select "Workforce Analytics"
3. Metrics (empty)

The switch Configure Structural Dimensions is not enabled

Note: This switch allow Role to configure structure dimensions for which tree security should be defined.

This option is only active if the Admin switched on "Measures and Dimensions Permissions" in "Manage Workforce Analytics".

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Manage Permission Role
3. Select the Role Permission
4. Permission
5. Analytics Permission
6. Enable "Configure Structural Dimensions"
7. Go to "Edit Granting" > Look for "Specify the target tree security permissions applicable to each Structural Dimension, which the granted users have permission to access." 
8. Select "All" and Check "Enable Drill to Detail" for all the available Structural Dimensions
9. Done
10. Save Changes
11. Logout / login
12. The Metrics will become available when accessing "Workforce Analytics"
