• You are unable to logon to the Process Integration (PI) Enterprise Services Repository (ESR) or Integration Builder Directory;
• Your PI system is NOT configured as a High-Availability environment;
• You are using only one application server;
• The following error/exception can be seen when trying to connect to the ESR or ID:
