2617840 - Can the System Display Position Incumbents in Matrix Relationship Drop Down Instead of Positions?

When editing or creating a Position, can it be configured so that the Position Incumbents are displayed in Matrix Relationship drop down instead of Positions?

Employee Central - Position Management

1. Edit or create a new Position
2. When configuring Matrix Positions select the Relationship as required
3. In Position drop down, Position names are displayed

This is expected system behavior and cannot be altered.

The relationship between Relationship and Position under Matrix Position is Position only and as such it is not possible for the System to filter by Position Incumbents.
