2618093 - Blank screen when setting up a job in provisioning

Symptom

Creating a job in provisioning, after entering all the setup information, click on create job and get a blank white screen, job does not create/save.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Provisioning
  2. Manage Scheduled Jobs
  3. Create new job
  4. Setup the job as required 
  5. For the SFTP server address enter it with a https:// followed by the SFTP server (example - https://sftp4.successfactors.com)
  6. Click on "Create Job"
  7. Blank screen shows - job does not setup

Cause

The issue is with the Host Address. The SFTP URL was added with the prefix "https://", which causes the problem. The prefix is not required in the job setup.

Resolution

When entering the SFTP server address, do not put "https://" into it. Just enter the SFTP server address without any "https://"
