2618095 - Cannot Customize SAP Jam Home Page

Symptom

You want to customize your SAP Jam home page but you cannot do it because you cannot find the option in your SAP Jam admin console.

Environment

SAP Jam Collaboration

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to SAP SFSF 
  2. Log in as a Company Admin in SAP Jam
  3. Click on the gear icon top right
  4. Select Admin
  5. Under Product Setup, there should be an option titled Custom Home Page

Resolution

Custom home page option is only available for SAP Jam Advance, Advance Plus and Enterprise Editions. SAP Jam Basic Edition does not apply.
