How to update the username of an inactive user via basic import?

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Navigate to Admin Center> Import Employee Data

2. Select "More Options..."

3. Select "Process Inactive Employees"

4. Choose the file with Username corrections > import

Note:  The template to be imported, can be downloaded selecting "Download Template" from the dropdown as per image:
