2618316 - Hire Date Information is not Appearing in Employee Profile

Symptom

The Hire Date field is not showing information for some records in Employee Profile

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to SAP SuccessFactors.

  2. Navigate to Employee Profile.

  3. In Personal Information, the Hire Date field is missing or blank.

Cause

The issue occurs because the date format in the imported User Data File (UDF) does not follow the required standard.

Resolution

Ensure that the date format in the UDF is MM/DD/YYYY:

  • Update the file with the correct format.

  • Re-import the UDF into your SAP SuccessFactors instance.
