Resolution
The steps to deactivate Curriculum are as follows:
- Go to Learning administration >
- Learning Activities >
- Curricula >
- Open the curricula that you want to deactivate >
- In "Actions", click "Deactivate" >
- Select how you want the deactivation to occur.
You will have two options:
- Deactivate - It deactivates the curricula, but it leaves the relationships in place.
- Deactivate, Unassign and Remove Relationships - When you select this option, you will be prompted with all the relationships that are relevant to the curricula you are deactivating. If a relationship is not relevant, you do not see it. You might, for example, remove it from active libraries, but leave it in assignment profiles.
