Resolution

The steps to deactivate Curriculum are as follows:

  1. Go to Learning administration >
  2. Learning Activities >
  3. Curricula >
  4. Open the curricula that you want to deactivate >
  5. In "Actions", click "Deactivate" >
  6. Select how you want the deactivation to occur.

You will have two options:

  • Deactivate - It deactivates the curricula, but it leaves the relationships in place.
  • Deactivate, Unassign and Remove Relationships - When you select this option, you will be prompted with all the relationships that are relevant to the curricula you are deactivating. If a relationship is not relevant, you do not see it. You might, for example, remove it from active libraries, but leave it in assignment profiles.
