2618443 - How to Add Language Translation for Code List Values for Extension Fields Through System

You see English language values for Drop Down List Extension Fields on login via another language such as German or Chinese

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Log into System in desired language (for example: German).
2. Suppose that you have added the Extension Field to Service Tickets screen.
3. Navigate to Service -> Tickets.
4. Open any Ticket.
5. Enter Edit Mode.
6. Click Drop Down List menu of the field.
7. You see that the Drop Down List Values appear in English instead of German.

Language Translations for Code List Values have not been maintained for the Extension Field.

1. Log into the system.
2. Navigate to Service > Tickets.
3. Open any Ticket.
4. Enter Adaptation mode.
5. Edit the field.
6. Navigate to General Data tab.
7. Maintain the list of languages that you require in Screen Texts Table by clicking on Add Row button.
8. Add new values to field by Clicking on Add Row button for List Values.
9. Maintain Translations for each row through Description of List Value.
