2618553 - Adding an Additional Field For Freight in a Sales Document.

In the pricing information in your sales document on header level, you want to add an additional price component line which calculates the same way as freight.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Business Configuration Work Centre.
2. Go to Overview.
3. Find the Configure Price Strategy activity.
4. Use the Configure Pricing Procedure link.

There is one line for freight but you cannot copy the row and you cannot add any additional rows.

In the current system release it is not possible to add another price component line which calculates similar to freight.
It is only possible to add additional price component lines for surcharges. However, these will be calculated like a surcharge and not like a freight component.

1. Go to the Business Configuration Work Centre.
2. Go to the Service Order Processing View.
3. Click on Edit Project Scope.
4. Navigate to the Scoping Questions.
5. Use the following path: General Business Data > Product and Service Pricing > Sales Price Specifications.
6. Activate the Do you want additional surcharges at document level? Question.

Now refer back to:

1. Go to the Business Configuration Work Centre.
2. Go to Overview.
3. Find the Configure Price Strategy activity.
4. Use the Configure Pricing Procedure link.

Here you will now see five additional lines for surcharges that can be used on header level in your sales document.
