Yes, it's possible to submit a Live Profile Import job at anytime beside the scheduled time.

In order to do this, your Implementation Partner must be engaged as customer don't have access to Provisioning.

For the case you don't have an Implementation Partner, please reach Cloud Product Support though the component LOD-SF-EP.

Within your request details, please let us know:

• SuccessFactors Company ID (instance);
• The specific job name;
• Which time you'd like this to be executed;
• Any other possible change (file name, folder path and so on.

After this, Cloud Product Support Team will submit the job and update you with the results.
