2618856 - Cannot find Work Item ID in SWWL/ RSWWWIDE

Symptom

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental

  • While deleting work items, transaction SWWL (report RSWWWIDE) is used, but the work items could not be found. 
  • Transaction SWI1 is used to get Work Item ID, but when doing a search on the ID in SWWL, it is not found.
