  2. Complete E-Verify Activity
  3. When you try to submit the activity
  4. This error displays Initial Verification failed: Error Code [00-00578]. Description: Card Number format is invalid

Cause

Incorrect document number

Resolution

  1. Create an case with support
  2. Include full name of the candidate, incorrect number entered, correct document number, company ID
