Within the People Profile or Quick Card of an Employee, a "Jump To" link for a Performance Form is visbile/not visibile.

Reproducing the Issue

  1.  Search for any user in the User Search bar or access their People Profile
  2.  On the Profile, choose "Actions" or in the Quick Card choose "Take Action"
  3.  Under "Jump To" or "Go To" you will see that there is or isn't a Performance Review option (Or a Specific Peformance Review title through the Quick Card)

The visibility of this option is determined by the user that is viewing this area.  If the user viewing these areas has had any action within the Subject's Performance Review in question, (Created the form or already viewed the form through a route map step they were involved in) then there will be an option to Jump To/Go To the Performance Form.

Which form that shows in this area is not configurable, and will show based off the following sequential logic (If multiple forms share the first criteria, it will move to the next one and evaluate that set of forms):

  1. Form they were involved in for the Subject. This means the user has a copy of of the form in the Inbox. It could be an in progress or completed form.
  2. The latest form due date (EX: A form with a due date of 04/14/2019 would show over a form with a due date of 03/14/2018)
  3. The earliest launched form
