2618992 - LMS: URL for offline download not showing on the item level.

Admin imports a content and enables offline player download.

Admin modifies settings on the item level and notices that URL for offline download is blank.

Successfactors Learning Management System (LMS)

1. Go to the item> online content.

2. Settings> modify settings. Notice that URL for offline download is empty.

The URL for offline download on the item level will be empty due to the following:

1. Item was not created during import content.

2. During the import and creation of the item, "content is available for launch" was not enabled.

When importing a content, make sure to enable offline player download and create the item with "content is available for launch" enabled.

Alternatively, go to the contentID and grab the Launch URL & append the offline filename to make the offline URL.
