2619051 - This system rejects all logons using SSO tickets

Symptom

  • The system object for R/3 system is created in the system landscape in portal
  • The system is configured using SSO Logon ticket
  • When performs connection test, there is following error:
    Error messages
    com.sapportals.connector.connection.ConnectionFailedException: Connection Failed: A nested exception occurred. Could not initialize physical connection.
    Connection Failed: A nested exception occuured. Could not initialize physical connection.
    Connection Failed: A nested exception occurred. Could not create JCO connection.
    This system rejects all logons using SSO tickets.
