2619488 - Employee unable to see full Detailed 360 Report - 360 Multi-Rater

Symptom

Employee is unable to see full Detailed 360 Report and only sees self comments and ratings.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors 360 Multi-Rater

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Give permission to Employee for "Enable 360 Drilldown Permission for:" and "Enable 360 Detailed Report Permission for:";
  2. Proxy as the Employee;
  3. Open the Detailed 360 Report;

    Employee only sees self comments and ratings.

Cause

Only the users involved in the modification stage will be able to see the rating of all the participants of the form in the Detailed 360 Report.

The individual participants are only allowed to see the ratings that they submitted.

Resolution

If the Employee is an approver (step owner of modify stage), they can see full Detailed 360 Report. This also holds true if the user who is trying to access the 360 Detailed Report is subject user's Direct Manager.

To resolve the issue, please follow the steps below to send a copy of the form from the employee to the manager:

1) In Admin Tools, navigate to Form Template Settings and ensure the following options are unchecked:
- Disable Send button
- Disable Send button for completed documents

2) Proxy as the employee, open the completed form, and use the Send Copy function to forward a copy to the manager.

Additionally, the drilldown permission enables users to access detailed form information by clicking the subject name link within the summary view, provided they have visibility of other participants' forms. So enabling drill-down permission did not grant the manager access to view other participants' forms in the instance.
