Symptom

Employee is unable to see full Detailed 360 Report and only sees self comments and ratings.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors 360 Multi-Rater

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Give permission to Employee for "Enable 360 Drilldown Permission for:" and "Enable 360 Detailed Report Permission for:";
  2. Proxy as the Employee;
  3. Open the Detailed 360 Report;

    Employee only sees self comments and ratings.

Cause

Only the users involved in the modification stage will be able to see the rating of all the participants of the form in the Detailed 360 Report.

The individual participants are only allowed to see the ratings that they submitted.

Resolution

If the Employee is an approver (step owner of modify stage), they can see full Detailed 360 Report. If not, they can only see full Detailed 360 Report through Send Copy.
