2619530 - Course with Video does not complete

• User plays the entire video but it does not complete when the window is closed.
• User plays the video halfway and closed it. When user reopen the video, it plays from start.

If the video is a standalone video (not embedded into a SCORM or AICC), no completion status will be sent back to LMS database. In this case, the completion must be controlled by the Application.

It will not send progress data (aicc_data) to LMS so no halfway bookmark will be generated and it's expected behavior.

This can be fixed in two ways:

1. Set the Application to control the completion by selecting the flag "Mark this object complete when launch" in the content object within the item
2. Set the Content to control the completion. In this case, reach out to a content developer and request for a SCORM or AICC content with the video embedded.
