How to change candidate information (first name, last name) when I9 is already completed.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0
Resolution
The onboarding system does not permit modifications to activities that have already been completed.
As workaround, customer/partner/professional service can manually do changes and then update the values, therefore, need to print the forms, manually update the information and then upload this via Document Center.
