2620251 - Survey Logo Cannot Be Added / Survey Design Cannot Be Changed

You are trying to change the design of your Survey, for example by adding a logo, but this is not possible.

This issue may happen for several different design edits, however, for this example we are using the adding of a logo URL.

1. Go to the Surveys work center.
2. Go to the Surveys view.
3. Open the relevant survey ABC (ABC represents the Survey name).
4. Go to the Design facet.
5. Try to add the logo URL.
6. The URL is not added.

Your Survey is not in the status In Preparation.

You can only edit the design of the survey including the adding of a URL if the survey is in the status In Preparation.

If it has any other status, follow the steps 1. - 4. from above then click the Action button (at the bottom right of the screen) and select Set In Preparation and Save to make your changes. Once you have finished your changes, activate the survey. Please note that the validity date of the survey needs to be maintained and current, also.
