When propagating an Assignment Profile with some catalogs associated, is there any notification sent to impacted users?

Resolution
When propagating an Assignment Profile, the notifications are not directly related to this entity. If the Assignment Profile has a course associated to assign, then the course assignment will trigger the notification (template ApmStudentLearningPlanNotification). For catalogs assignment, there is no notification associated, so the Assignment Profile will not trigger any notification.
