2620626 - Unexpected code groups and codes are displayed in the search help while recording defect in QE51N/QF01

Symptom

Defect is recorded for a characteristic in transaction QE51N, QE01 or QF01.

When f4search help is called in field Code group on 'Defect overview for charac.: Record' screen, code groups and codes are displayed, which seem to be incorrect, or some of them are missing.
For example the following code groups of catalog type 9 (Defect types) are assigned to Catalog profile QM0000001:

But in the f4search help of field Code group (FEGRP) only following code group is displayed:
