2620629 - Sales Quote Approval Process tab not showing Approver

You have created and saved a Sales Quote document, however, the Approval Process does not show the approval workflow expected.

SAP Business Bydesign

1. Go to the New Business work center
2. Select the Sales Quotes view
3. Search for the Sales Quote ABC (ABC represents the ID of the Sales Quote)
4. Click the Edit button
5. Click the View All button
6. Navigate to the Approval Process tab
Approval Process is empty

The Approval Process tab will only display information when you submit the document. Once you click on the Submit button, the approval process which has been configured in the system will be triggered and information will be displayed.

This is the expected system behavior.
