Symptom
You received an Image on Twitter via Direct Message and the Ticket was correctly created on Cloud for Customer, however, when you try to open the link to check the Image a Twitter page is opened asking you to log in.
Reproducing the Issue
You received the Direct Message and Ticket XYZ (XYZ represents the Ticket ID) was created.
- Go to Customer Service Workcenter;
- Tickets View;
- Select Ticket XYZ and open;
- Find the Direct Message interaction and click on the link to open the Image;
- A Twitter web-page is shown asking you to log in in order to see the Image.
Cause
This is the system standard behavior.
Resolution
Due to the Twitter security setings, Direct Messages Images can only be seen by the User who received it.
It means that you will have to log in in the Twitter Account that is connected to the system and is the User who received the message.
