2620805 - System copy/rename from SWPM failes with errors 'DIM-00019 and O/S-Error: (OS 1069)'

Symptom

Below errors occurs while doing system copy/rename with SWPM.

Example :

WARNING 2018-02-21 04:33:40.075 (NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM) (startInstallation) [iaxxbjsmod.cpp:83] id=modlib.jslib.childAppReturn

Execution of the command "C:\oracle\oraclehome01\IO6\12102\bin\oradim -NEW -SID IO6 -STARTMODE manual -SRVCSTART system" finished with return code 14. Output:

Enter password for Oracle service user: Instance created.

DIM-00019: create service error

O/S-Error: (OS 1069) The service did not start due to a logon failure.
