2621036 - No default calendar is set in a new task

Symptom

If a new task is created in a project, the calendar which is used on the project-header is not automatically added to the task. The parameter "Calendar" isn´t set to "Use from Project". In the Drop-Down field of the "Calendar" the entry "Use from Project" isn´t available.
