Symptom
Historical Rating Information and Latest Rating Information Behavior in generated AdHoc Report
"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental"
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
- Ad Hoc Reporting
Reproducing the Issue
Go to AdHoc Report > Create a new report using the Domain: Employee Profile > Select "Historical Rating Information", "Latest Rating Information" and "All Rating Information".
Resolution
Below are the standard behavior of "Historical Rating Information" and "Latest Rating Information" when generated with an AdHoc Report.
HISTORICAL RATING INFORMATION Section:
1) In the "Historical Rating Information" section, will not include Custom1 or Custom2 options.
LATEST RATING INFORMATION Section:
1) In the "Latest Rating Information" section, none of the trend portlets will include the "Start Date" AND "End Date" fields. If one employee's latest rating is from 2013 and another employee's latest rating is from 2014, there is no way to ensure the comparison of two data since the date ranges are missing and not an option.
ALL RATING INFORMATION Section:
1) In the "All Ratings Information" section, the report does not include a header row, hence it is impossible for customers to identify what data is being pulled up when they open the report. The issue occurred when the customer ran a report only on rating information without user information included.
