2621283 - sp_who and queries against sysprocesses show processes with cmd = "COMPILING" - SAP ASE

After upgrading from any pre 16.0 version to 16.0, sysprocesses is showing processes with cmd = "COMPILING"

This can be seen from various places including sysprocesses, sp_w, sp_who and monProcess
